Taiz Local Authority approved formation of three committees for sponsoring and preparations for finalizing liberation of Taiz Province from Houthi militia.
The meeting, which was held on Monday and presided over by Governor Amin Mahmoud, approved that Deputy Governor for Defense and Security Affairs General Abdulkarim al-Sabri will head the sponsor committee, Brigadier KhaledFadhel will Head the Security Committee and Deputy Governor ArefJamel will head the Popular Support Committee and deputies of the governor and leaders of political parties, syndicates and organizations as members.
Governor Mahmoud ordered the committees to kick off their duties and report to him on their accomplishments.
