The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met Thursday with governor of Al-Baidha province Nasser Al-Khader Asswadi.

Asswadi reported to (Lt Gen) Mohssen about the situations in the province, underscoring underway efforts aiming to re-normalizing the situations in the government-held districts which have been recently cleared of Houthi militiamen.

The Vice President lauded significant victories gained in the province of Al-Baidh, highly appreciating the huge sacrifices the population of Al-Baidha have extended to resist Iran-backed Houthi militia's control and push the militiamen out of several districts.

(Lt Gen) Mohssen stressed the importance of reinstating basic services and establishing security , stability and order in the districts which have been cleared of the Houthi putschist mitlitia.
