President Hadi: Repercussions of Houthi putschist militia's war caused Yemen grave damages
[19/07/2018 02:38]

ADEN-SABA
His Excellency (HE) President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi stated that the war triggered by Iran-allied Houthi putschist militia has inflicted severe damages on Yemen the homeland and society. Warfare's consequences have affected innocent and armless civilians of women and children whom the militia has forcefully displaced them from their own origin villages and cities, killing their fathers, demolishing their houses in a criminal war aimed to impose by brute force and Iranian financial and military sponsorship an alien experiment.

In an interview with (BBC TV) HE said" We have been desperately seeking for putting an end of our peoples' torment and managing the amplifications of the putschist militia's war. We're doing our utmost, devoting all resources and capacities to cope with the challenges we have been facing, working hard on reinstating basic services, re-normalizing situations and fighting terrorism of its different forms amid extremely complicated and tough circumstances".

HE added" We have always been, and will continue to be, keen seeker of peace and dialogue, this is our policy, we positively dealt with peace proposals and offered significant concessions for peace in different stages, but unfortunately we're dealing with Iran-allied ultra-conservative and sectarian group aimed to establish the Iranian-style ruling system and revive Persian scheme, a matter they openly demonstrated through recent statements by Hassan Nasser Allah about his the existence of party's elements in Yemen and Iran's declaration that Sana'a was the fourth Arab capital to fall down under its influence".

The President talked about several topics and issues relating to the Yemeni situation, peace efforts and Houthi groups' full loyalty to Iran".

HE stated that humanitarian situation in Yemen requires that International community must mount pressures upon Iran to stop its inferences in Yemen's internal affairs, halt smuggling weapons to the militia that used to attack Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in flagrant violation of the International embargo.
HE noted that Houthi militia has been planting landmines, taking up weapons and death tools against our people, besieging cities, citing Taiz city as a case-in-point, has been besieged by the militia for three years.

The President said" We can today shell Sana'a with artillery but we don't adopt militia-style behavior , we eventually have moral and humanitarian responsibility toward our people that Houthi has been working on making them as first defense wall and sacrifice them to serve his own Iranian familial theocratic scheme at the expense of Yemenis' bloods".

About Hodeidah seaport and the humanitarian assistance track, HE noted that Houthi militia has messed with and wasted humanitarian aids that were intended to relief the Yemeni people. The militiamen frequently confiscated and purchased the aids to finance their warfare. He stated that such unacceptable practices must be eliminated to ensure delivery of humanitarian assistance to the people in need, moreover to stop shipments of weapons, landmines and missiles that Iran provides the militia with to kill the Yemeni people and threaten Kingdom of Suadi Arabia.

HE praised the supportive stances of Saudi-led Arab Coalition member states and active contribution by the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
