The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid bin Dagher support and facilities that Yemeni pilgrims received from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia headed by Costudian of the Two Holly Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman.
Bin-Dagher statement came as he received Wednesday Minister of Endowments and Guidance Dr Ahmed Attiah.
Attia detailed the Prime Minister on the underway arrangements and preparations by the Ministry to help the pilgrims performing their religious duty smoothly. Some 25 thousands of Yemeni nationals are going to perform the pilgrimage rite this year, according to the Minister.
The Prime Minister commended the tireless efforts have been made by the Ministry to get necessary arrangements accomplished on time to better serve the pilgrims.
