One resolution appointed Mosallam bin HazheezZaabanoot a deputy governor for desert affairs. A second resolution appointed Badr Salem Kalshat a deputy governor for youth affairs.
A third resolution appointed Mufti SuheilNahyanSamoudah a director general for the provincial police.
The fourth resolution decreed the establishment of a special sciences and technology university in the province.
