The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Yemen denounces terrorist attack targeted Tunisian guard patrol

The Republic of Yemen has strongly denounced the terrorist attack, which targeted a patrol for the Tunisian National Guard at Ein Sultan in Jendoba State, north-western Tunisia.
The attack resulted in killing and injuring a number of elements of the patrol.
In a release issued by Foreign Ministry on Monday, the ministry expressed Yemen's support to Tunisia for facing terrorism and taking necessary measures protecting its security and stability and combating terrorists and extremism.
The ministry confirmed Yemen's position rejecting terrorism and extremism- with their different forms- and significance of integrating efforts for eradicating terrorism and drying up their sources, financers and sponsors.
The release extended heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Tunisia and families of the victims and hoped quick recovery to the injured.
