Government Committee Reviews Flood Damage in Districts of Taiz
The government committee assigned to assess flood damage headed by Minister of Local Administration Eng. Badr Basalama conducted Wednesday a field visit to review the extent of the destruction caused by floods in several areas of the districts of al-Mudhaffar, al-Qahira, Mocha Mawza and al-Wazi’iyah in Taiz Governorate.

FM discusses with Mahra governor tighteningborder outlets' security

RIYADH-SABA
Minister of Foreign Affairs Khaled al-Yemani and Governor of MahraRajeba-Keraitdicussed on Wednesday issues associated with tasks of foreign ministry in Mahra and facilitations on border outlets.

The two officials also discussed efforts of local authority- in coordination with the government- for tightening security and stability in the province, as well as coordination with the ministry on dealing with all recommendations of the UNSC Penalty Committee for combating smuggling via border and coasts of Mahra after seizing smuggling items to Houthis.

The meeting dealt with participation of qualified sons of Mahra in foreign ministry's cadre.

Minister al-Yemani confirmed that President Hadi's directivesstate on including cadres from provinces, which deprived of representation -in the past- in the state bodies, especially ministry of foreign affairs.

He promised of including a number of qualified Mahri citizens within the ministry's plans for new employment in implementation to the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference.
