Fatah, WFP explore overall relief plan for western coast

Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of Supreme Relief Committee—Abdulraqeeb Fatah met Sunday in Aden with the Representative of the World Food Program (WFP) Mohammed Ali and his deputy Dr Jamal Al-Majali.
Fatah's conversations with Ali and Al-Majali aimed to explore a comprehensive relief plan for the western coast that should cover the coastal areas from Al-Mokha district in Taiz province to Hodeida province.
The two sides agreed to allocate 70 thousand tons of relief and humanitarian stuffs to the regions of the western coast, as preliminary phase.
Mechanisms for delivering relief aids to the provinces of Al-Baidha and Hajjah as well as other province which seriously affect by Houthi militia war were also discussed.
Establishing storages to stockpile relief and sheltering stuffs in the province of Socotra for emergency were also touched upon.
