King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed urgent food and shelter assistance to the people of Socotra affected by the cyclone Mekunu, which caused serious damage to the island.
In a statement, KSrelief said that it has distributed food and shelter aid to the affected areas, including 100 tents, 600 blankets and 200 mattresses, and distributed a package of various kinds of essential foodstuffs, which benefited a total of 1080 people.
The statement pointed out that the aid comes within the framework of the continuous support provided by KSrelief to the Yemeni people, upon the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
