President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has named Brig. Gen. Faysal Ali Qayed Hassan a commander for the 3rd Military Region and for Brigade 13. Hadi promoted Hassan to rank of Major General.
He also named Brig. Abdullah Mohammed Ali Maazab a chief of staff of the 3rd Military Region.
