Ministry of Social Affairs Issues Urgent Humanitarian Appeal over Deteriorating Conditions in Taiz
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor issued Tuesday an urgent humanitarian appeal to international and regional organizations and agencies, associations, institutions, unions, local and foreign civil society organizations and its private-sector partners, calling for an immediate action and intensified efforts to alleviate the suffering of citizens and respond to the growing humanitarian needs in Taiz Governorate.

The Charge 'd affairs of Yemeni embassy in Kenya Abdul-Salam Al-Awadhi met on Monday with Director of Middle East Department in the Kenyan Foreign and Intentional Trade Ministry, Jaclyn Yonga.
Yemeni-Kenyan bilateral ties and cooperation were discussed during the meeting.
Al-Awadhi briefed the Kenyan official on the humanitarian situations in our cournty as a result of the war triggered by the Houthi putschist militia.
He also touched upon the Yemeni immigrants in Kenya, demanding further facilitating procedures for the Yemeni community considering the tough circumstances Yemen has been experiencing.
The Kenyan official indicated that she'll discus the topic with the Emigration Department. She also reaffirmed her country's position in supporting the legitimate Yemeni leadership headed by President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi
