Supreme Judicial Council relocates Higher Judicial Institute HQ to Aden

The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has decided to relocate the headquarters of the Higher Judicial Institute from the Houthi-held capital Sana'a to the government-controlledtemporary capital, Aden.
In decrees issued on Wednesday, the SJC deemed the Sana'a institute void and its course of study invalid.
The Council appointed a number of judges and prosecutors to serve in courts and specialized criminal courts in the government-held city of Marib, east of the country.
