The National Commission to Investigate Alleged Human Rights Violations has made inspection visit to villages of al-Hawd, Assiyar, Assairtain and Qabila in Silw, a Southern District in Taiz regained by the national army from Houthis few months ago.
The committee inspected situations of the district after the heavy war which left big number of civilians killed and their houses were destroyed and their road trapped by landmines by Houthis.
The committee's members listened to 44 victims have been subjected to severe shelling and rockets and their children and women's limbs were mutilated by landmines planted by Hotuhis in their plants, and took photos to material losses.
The commission investigated illegal detention and forcibly displacements to 164 families from Assiyar village, where the people live in the open and their situations are miserable.
The committee took witnesses from 91 eyewitnesses from locals, who witnessed the war and the resulted severe aftermaths and human rights violations.
