Yemeni-Chinese bilateral ties discussed

Undersecretary of Foreign Ministry for Finance and Administrative Affairs, Ausan Al-Aud, met Wednesday with Director General of West Asia and North Africa Department in the Chinese Foreign Ministry Dang Li.

Aspects of Yemeni-Chinese bilateral relations and cooperation were a central focus of Al-Aud's conversation with the Chinese official.

The meeting also dealt with the difficulties Yemeni nationals have been facing when they want to get visa to enter the Peoples Republic of China.

Al-Aud also raised the need of Yemeni diplomats to receive training courses in China.

The talks also touched upon underway arrangements for the ministerial meeting of Chinese-Arab Cooperation Forum scheduled for next July Yemen is set to participate with a delegation headed by the foreign minister.

The Chinese diplomat reiterated China's support for the legitimate Yemeni leadership and government.
