President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, said Saturday that the Yemeni state will not allow any flights to operate outside state authority, stressing that the Houthi militia has no option but to accept announced humanitarian alternatives.

The Judiciary Council holds its first periodical meeting

The Supreme Judiciary Council held its periodical meeting in the transitional Capital Aden and discussed establishing a primary specialized penal court and prosecution.

The council issued the Decision No. 22 for 2018, the first item of it stipulated on establishing a penal specialized primary court and penal specialized court in Mareb Province. The second item stipulated on establishing a primary prosecution and an appeal specialized court.

The third item stipulated that the specializations of the court and prosecution in the capital Sana'a to these court and prosecution. While the forth item stipulated on cancelling any text or decision objecting this decision, the fifth stipulated that the decision is valid since its date of issuance.

The council approved also establishing a number of prosecutions and primary courts in Mareb and appointing a head to the primary court in Hadibu and Qulinsuwa districts in Socotra Archipelago.
