The Ministry of Education, the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen (SPDRY) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) signed today, Thursday, a partnership agreement worth $40 million to support basic education and develop the educational infrastructure sector in Yemen.

Yemeni-Moroccan cooperation discussed

Yemen's ambassador to the Moroccan Kingdom Azadean Al-Asbahi met Friday with the Director of the Arab Department in the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Fowad Akhraf.

Aspects of bilaterial cooperation between the two countries were discuss. The need to activate the High Yemeni-Moroccan Ministerial committee was also touched upon.

Al-Asbahi highlighted the need for getting urgent solutions to the difficulties Yemeni nationals facing concerning to the visas, particularly the businessmen and investors.

The ambassador also asked Moroccan help in health sector as Morocco has got a success story about field hospitals.
