Sharjabi discusses with UNOPS director interventions in field of water and sanitation

Minister of Water and Environment, Engineer Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, discussed today, in the temporary capital, Aden, with the Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services in Yemen (UNOPS), Mr. Fayyad Rasoul, the office’s interventions during this year, in the fields of water and sanitation projects currently being implemented, and the projects scheduled within the framework of the signed agreements, which exceed 101 projects in various governorates.

Aden's health projects discussed

Director of Public Health and Population's Aden Office Dr. Jamal Khudabikhsh discussed on Wednesday with Coordinator of International Organization for Migration Rasha al-Sha'bi the health situation and improvement projects in a number of health facilities.

The two parties agreed on revaluation and redistribution of the organization's interventions in fields of rehabilitating water and sanitation at the Center of Diabetic patients at the al-Gomhori Republican Hospital, Heath Office Management and the two centers of al-Emad at Dar Sa'ad and al-Buraiqa.

Khudabikhsh praised efforts of the organization and called for revaluating interventions in accordance to the need of facilities.
