Maritime Affairs Authority Discusses with European Nordic Support Foundation Enhancing Maritime Security
The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. The two parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of maritime security, pollution control and enhancing the Authority’s technical capacities.

Yemeni ambassador meets with chairman of Yemeni-French friendship association

Yemen ambassador Paris Riyadh Yassin met Wednesday with the headquarters of the French Senates the Chairman of Yemeni- French Friendship Association in the Parliament Michel Emil.

Yassin explained the situations in our country and the latest political, military and humanitarian developments, as well as the government's vision for making peace that Houthi militia has continued to reject.

Yassin touched upon the terrorist and criminal acts the Iran-backed Houthi militia has been committing against the Yemeni people in the militia-held regions. He also cited the militia's role in destabilizing the region's security and Arabian neighboring countries by firing ballistic missiles on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ambassador briefed the French senator on the Houthi militia's violations of human rights including children recruitment, arbitrary arrests and executions outside law.

The French senator expressed solidarity with the legitimate leadership and his government's support for Yemeni government's attempts to put an end of the war.
