Governor of Abyan Maj. General abu-Bakr Salem and Deputy Minister of Interior General Ali Lakhsha' inaugurated on Sunday the building of Abyan Security Department after rehabilitation.
Governor Salem presided over a meeting for the security department staff and reviewed damages hit the state's institutions and security apparatuses by Houthi militia in the province.
He stressed on high alert by affiliates of the security institution in the province and doubling training programs for promoting their security performance.
For his part, Lakhsha' confirmed supporting of the security forces in Abyan for tightening security and stability.
