Agriculture Ministry, FAO discuss joint projects

The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation and Food and Agriculture Organization discussed on Monday joint projects in targeted provinces and difficulties facing their work.

The meeting tackled facilitating all difficulties facing implementation of development projects provided by FAO in targeted provinces.

The ministry's leadership and concerned officials praised the role of the organization for its continuous support to agriculture sector via its projects they implement in Yemen and projects of the ministry the organization financed.

Director of FAO's food security project praised keenness of the ministry for following up projects and confirmed coordination with the ministry for making suitable solutions for implementing agricultural projects.
