Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Ahmad al-Maisari discussed on Monday with concerned officials the second phase of Emergent Cash Remittance Project and finalizing the first phase to include all beneficiaries of social insurance.

In the meeting, which included Deputy Minister of Local Administration AwadhMashbah and Executive Director of Social Care Fund Najla' al-Sayyadi, al-Maisari talked about the ongoing project provided by the World Bank and international donors via UNICEF.

Worth USD 200 million and implemented by local companies, the project targets more than 1,5 million people.

Al-Maisari stressed on abiding by concrete measures while implementation for providing assistances to all beneficiaries.
