The European Union (EU) strongly condemned the attack by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias on the commercial ship (MINERVAGRACHT), which flies the Dutch flag in the Gulf of Aden.

Governor of Abyan General Abu Bakr Salem has stressed on rehabilitating the branch of the Central Bank of Yemen in the province.
In his inspection visit to the bank on Wednesday, he was briefed on efforts of rehabilitating the bank and activating it for pushing the financial sector forward.
He pointed to damages hit the bank over Houthi militia and terrorist gangs on the Province.
On the other hand, Governor of Abyan has confirmed support of female cadre in educational sector.
In his meeting with educational and tutoring cadre in Zunjabar on Wednesday, he said woman is able on contributing in promoting educational sector and achieving success.
Earlier, he headed a meeting for IbnSina'a Hospital in Ja'ar and stressed on improving the health service, confirming keenness of the government on tackling challenges facing it.
