Zammam, US ambassador discuss reactivation of Central Bank

The Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen Mohammed Zammam discussed with the US ambassador Mathew Tueller the mechanisms of re-activating the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY's) various economic and financial control functions as well as its backing role to the country's banking sector to restore its economic functions.
The meeting discussed the US technical support to the CBY and its branches and the efforts of the US in restoring the relations with the correspondent banks.
