Minister of Local Administration and the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee Abdulraqeeb Fath has welcomed United Nations' plan for opening an office for the Secretary General's Envoy to Yemen in the transitional capital of Aden.
Opening the office will encourage other UN organizations operating in relief and humanitarian fields to have formal existence in Aden to be close to the government, Minister Fath stated to Saba.
He renewed his call to the rest UN organizations to open offices in Aden and other provinces within a plan for decentralizing relief activity and to use all outlets to provide aid and relief to needy people across Yemen.
