Hadhramout governor directs authority to seize all un-numbered vehicles

The governor of Hadhramout the commander of the third Military Region has issued directives to the security authorities to seize all vehicles and motorcycles without number plates as part of a precautionary security tightening campaign in the eastern province.

Maj. General Faraj al-Bahsani issued the directives in a meeting with the local security committee in Hadhramout's provincial capital on Tuesday to discuss the local security plan for the year 2018.

Yemen's army launched an offensive against al-Qaeda controlling the city in 2016. By 24 April of that year, the army, obviously with backing from the Arab Coalition, managed to defeat al-Qaeda terrorists and recapture the city. Ever since it has been safe and, life in it, goes normal.
