Minister of Public Works, Saudi ambassador, Coalition's spokesperson highlight humanitarian actions in Yemen

Minister of Public Works and Highways Dr Maeen Abdulmalik praised the significant role played by Saudi-led Arab Coalition in supporting legality in Yemen and constantly assisting Yemeni in different fields in order to restore legality and re-establishing stability in Yemen.

Speaking at the weekly press conference held Monday in Saudi capital Riyadh, Abdulmalik said:" Arab Coalition had largely contributed toward curbing Iranian-backed Houthi militia and it made generous donations and contributions to the repairing and reconstruction efforts aimed to repair infrastructure all over Yemeni provinces".

For his part, Saudi ambassador to Yemen Mohammed Al-Jaber talked about the agreements signed with the Yemeni Ministry of Public Works and Highways under which a new project to develop Yemeni seaports would be carried out."The project aimed to equip the seaports of Aden, Mukalla, and Mocha with cranes that would remarkably increase the capacities of the Yemeni harbors to receive the humanitarian aids and commercial goods as well', said Al-Jaber.

The Coalition spokesperson, Colonel Turki Al-Maliki devoted his weekly press briefing to underline the most important efforts and achievements have been made by the Arab Coalition recently.

Colonel Al-Maliki applauded the constructive response by the Yemeni parties to the call by the Coalition to refrain from violent acts and armed clashes in Aden.

Al-Maliki has touched upon th Coalition's plan that intended to secure the overall humanitarian campaign in Yemen and to enable humanitarian organizations operating safely in Yemen. " the Coalition forces had granted 882 licenses for different international organizations
