Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior Eng Ahmed Al-Maissari chaired a meeting Sunday in the interim capital Aden included senior officers of the Interior Ministry.

The meeting aimed to discuss the consequences of violent events that Aden witnessed last week.

The meeting touched upon the collateral damages of the armed clashes which Aden has seen recently.

Al-Maissari has announced two million Yemeni Rials payment for every martyr's family who sacrificed their lives to defend the legality. This payments have been approved under instructions by the President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi, Commander-in-Chief. The Ministry also has undertaken medication of the wounded persons.

The Minister of Interior has expressed deep thanks to Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for his supportive stance for the constitutional legitimacy.

Al-Maissari ordered deputies of Interior Ministry to prepare assessment report about the recent violent events in Aden so that legal procedures can be taken to hold wrongdoers accountable for their acts.
