Yemen's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Khaled Hussein Alyemany, has confirmed that Iran's and their stooges Houthis' violation of the UN Security Council's resolution no. 2216 is only part of their systematic violations of the UN resolutions.

In a meeting with US students of political science from Williams College in New York on Tuesday, he said that Iran's violation of the resolution on Yemen is one of many violations of different deals with different countries which should have banned Iran from sending ballistic missiles to Houthis which Houthis fire on Yemen's neighbor countries.

Alyemany affirmed the importance of the international community'spressuring on the rogue regime of Iran to curb its hostile ambitions and expansionist behavior in the region.

He pointed to the Iranian support of vandalism and terrorism in Yemen through Houthis and other factions in the region.
