The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) headed by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, held a joint meeting today, Monday, with the National Defense Council, (NDC) in the presence of all its members: Sultan al-Arada, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem al-Khanbashi.

PM: Peoples' security and safety a government's top priority

Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher received on Thursday in his office, at Al-Ma'ashiq Palace in the interim capital Aden, the Heads of Political Security System and National Security System Maj. General Abdoh Al-Hothaifi and Maj.General Ahmed Al-Masa'bi.

The Prime Minister heard detailed explanation about the missions carried out by the two Security Organizations last year.

General Al-Hothaifi and General Al-Masa'bi also breified Dr Bin-Dagher on the two Security Organizations' action-plans of 2018 that aimed to enable the government establishing security and stability and counter-crimes.

The Prime Minister urged the two Security Organizations to re-build the security apparatuses so that security and stability can be re-established in the interim capital Aden and other government-held regions." Ensuring the citizens' security and safety is government's high top priority", said Bin-Dagher.
