Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr Ebtihaj Al-Kamal, Deputy chairwoman of Supreme Relief Committee, met on Wednesday with the advisor in the Royal Divan, General Supervisor of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Dr Abdullah Arrabia'h. Governor of Taiz province Ameen Ahmed Muhmood was in presence during the meeting
The meeting aimed to discuss several topics relating to relief and humanitarian situation in Yemen.
The prospects for supporting the Social Care Fund in Yemen and the Fund for Sponsoring and Rehabilitating Disabled Persons and supporting productive families were key focus of the discussions.
Al-Kamal deeply appreciated the significant role played by KS Relief Center in relieving large number of Yemeni people.
The governor of Taiz touched upon the suffering of the population of Taiz
Who have been suffering under the war and siege imposed on the province for nearly three years by the Iran-backed Houthi militia. He also cited the province urgent needs for relief and humanitarian projects.
For his part, Dr Arrabi'ah has made clear that the KS Relief Center is very keen to provide as much relief and humanitarian aid as possible and it will continue to ts utmost best to help Yemeni people all over the Yemeni province.
