President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi has stressed the importance of paying education great deal of attention as it is the corner stone for building bright future, nurturing a well qualified and forward looking generation seek for establishing the modern Yemen in which peace and coexistence are prevailing.

President's statement came during his meeting Thursday with Minister of Education Dr Abdullah Lamlass, who briefed the President on his Ministry's priorities and underway efforts aimed to re-normalize educational process in the government's held provinces.

Dr Lamlass underlined the need of rehabilitating schools, printing textbook and securing educational staff necessary requirements with available resources.

The minister also noted that the Ministry does its own best to enroll the increasingly growing number of internally displaced students in schooling in Aden and other provinces under the government's control..
