Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population Ali al-Walidi discussed on Wednesday with health institutions' directors improving health services in different provinces.
The meeting, which included a number of international bodies and organizations, discussed eruption of Diphtheria disease and implementation ammunition campaign against the disease. The meeting discussed cholera epidemic and accomplishment for containing it.
The meeting also dealt with situation of displaced people and protecting them against epidemics.
Al-Walidi confirmed coordination with health partners for achieving positive results on the ground, praising efforts of the organizations for providing urgent services for combating diseases and epidemics.
He stressed on activating partnership between all and implementing the teamwork system.
