Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher said: "in spite of difficult circumstances Yemen has been going through , the state's budget this year will be much better than 2014 budget .
Bin-Dagher's statement came during his meeting Tuesday in Aden with the high the committee tasked with preparing the state's general budget of 2018.
The prime minister stressed that the general budget this year ought to be devised to include all salaries and wages of the government's employees in civil and military sectors, furthermore to ensure that salaries will be paid regularly.
Dr Bin-Dagher urged all businesses owners to pay their taxes and custom tariffs to the state treasury, to this end all laws in effects must be enforced, he noted.
The Vice Minister of Finance Dr Mansour Al-Bitani explained the draft proposal of the state's general budget, affirming that this year budget will ensure controlling the process of paying the salaries regularly.
