Government team discussed with World Bank delegation ways to strengthen partnership expand development projects

A meeting held Monday chaired by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and Yemen’s Governor to the World Bank Dr. Afrah al-Zouba and attended by a high-level World Bank delegation led by the Bank’s Vice President for the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan and Pakistan Ousmane Dione discussed ways to enhance partnership and expand support across development, humanitarian, service, and economic sectors in the country.

Yemen seeks humanitarian support from Spain

Yemen's Ambassador to Spain KhaledMaisari discussed on Thursday with Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs and Planning providing more humanitarian support to Yemen for alleviating people's suffering over Houthi militia war on the people.

The Spanish Minister confirmed his country's support to legality in Yemen and support to the UN SC's Resolution 2216 for achieving peace, stability in Yemen and in the region, expressing regret over deteriorating humanitarian conditions.

He promised providing necessary support to the people and considering Arab Group's demand of putting Yemen within priority list of the fife -year plan.
