Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Dr. Anwar al-Mahri discussed Wednesday with the Coordinator of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Zubeyir Yaka Yılmaz, and the Head of the Turkish Red Crescent Mission in Yemen, Ahmed Korkmaz ways of strengthening cooperation and partnership in support of the technical education and vocational training sector in Yemen.

Fatah explores humanitarian assistance with Russian delegation

RIYADH-SABA

Minister of Local Administration, Chairman of the Supreme Relief Committee Abdulraqeep Fatah met on Sunday with Russian delegation.

The meeting aimed to discus coordination with the Russian emergency Ministry about providing humanitarian and relief aids to Yemen.

Fatah called for more relief and humanitarian assistance to Yemen to help the increasingly growing number of people in need due to the war waged by Houthi militia and the coup they carried out against the legal authority.

The chairman of Supreme Relief Committee confirmed that the Yemeni government is very keen on mobilizing more humanitarian aid. "To this end, the government is committed to facilitate humanitarian and relief actions by international and regional organization", said Fatah

Fatah also urged the international organizations to use the seaport of Aden and airports in the provinces under the government control.

The Russian delegation voiced their country's readiness to cooperate with the Yemeni government about relief and humanitarian projects in the forthcoming period.
