Prime Minister, First Deputy of the General People Congress (GPC), Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher has condemned the arrest campaign conducted by Imamate-Houthi militia against the members of the GPC party in Sana'a and several provinces.
In statement to the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) the prime minister held the imamate militia accountable for the lives of the GPC's members who have been detained by the militia.
Bin-Dagher called on Arab League and International Security Council to intervene for halting arrest campaign and releasing the detainees.
He also asked international organizations and Human Rights groups to denounce such illegal arrests, harassment and torture against the GPC's members who have been held in the militia's detentions.
