Oil minister convenes assessment and preview meeting

The Minister of Oil and Minerals has chaired a meeting for all the heads of all departments and corporations and firms affiliate to the ministry in Aden on Sunday and assessed the business achieved and previewed the work plan of 2018.

Eng. Sayf Al-Sharif updated the meeting on the outcomes of his contacts with the companies for exploration and production of oil and minerals and the offer to them to resume their works from the government-held provinces.

He stressed the importance of joining efforts to implement the presidential and government directives to expedite the resumption of oil and gas production and export through the terminals of al-Nusheimah and Balhaf.

He expressed his prospects that 2018 will be a year full of achievements in the field of oil and minerals.
