Prime Minister Ahmed bin-Daghr has condemned the terror attack that struck a mosque in Sinai Peninsula in Egypt killing and injuring hundreds of worshippers.
In a statement to the Egyptian TV "DMC", he said: "We condemn all the criminal acts especially this act which happened today and terrified Egypt terrified the whole Arab nation."
"From Aden, Yemen's temporary capital, we condole our kin in Egypt for this big loss and pray to the Almighty to bless the victims martyred in this terror attack with his embracing mercy and forgiveness. We also sympathize with the Egyptian people and leadership and the families of the martyrs and the wounded," he said. "This act is against Islam and its values and tolerance…in our view and Yemeni people's view this is a terror act in its ugliest form," he said.
"All of Yemen stands by the side of Egypt in fighting terrorism and we support the Egyptian leadership and people in all measures they take to protect Egypt."
