The European Union (EU) strongly condemned the attack by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias on the commercial ship (MINERVAGRACHT), which flies the Dutch flag in the Gulf of Aden.
Oil prices rose today, Thursday, ending a three-day losing streak, recovering from their lowest levels in 16 weeks, but expectations of increased supply from "OPEC+" next month limited the gains.

Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher conducted Friday evening a phone call with the governor of Hudramout province Maj. General Faraj Salimain Al-Bohssini.
In the telephone conversation, the prime minister was briefed on basic services and development situations in Hudramout province.
Bin-Dagher affirmed that the government pay great attention to the province of Hudramout, like other liberated provinces.
"The government has transferred $30 million dollar to the Petromassila Company in order to resume production in oil fields. The government also transferred $8 million dollar to get the project of the" Gas- Electricity Station' accomplished" said the prime minister.
The prime minister also confirmed that procedures are underway to transfer five billion Yemeni Rials to the branch of the Yemeni Central Bank in Mukala.
Thus, $10 million dollars will be transferred to purchase fuels for power generators in Hudramout, Bin-Dagher said in his phone call with Hudramout governor.
