Vice President Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met Thursday with a number of military and tribal leaders of 'Assabaiha tribe' of Luhj province.

The meeting touched upon latest developments related to the ongoing warfare against Houthi rebellious militias. (Lt Gen) Mohssen expressed thanks to Assabaiha's tribesmen, highly applauding the sacrifices they made while contributing toward pushing the rebels back.

The Vice President was briefed on the concerns and demands raised by the populations of Assabaiha district.

The delegation of Assabaiha district expressed thanks to the Vice President for his supportive response to their demands, reaffirming that they are aligning themselves behind legal leadership headed by President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
