Vice President Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh paid an inspection visit Tuesday to the headquarters of "Combat Operations Directorate" in Marib province.

He toured the directorate's sections and got acquaintance with the significant functions, mechanisms and efforts made by the directorate to better serve military actions on the ground.

Then, (Lt Gen) Mohssen held a meeting with the directorate's command and officers. He praised efforts exerted by the directorate's leadership and staffs, highlighted the significant role they have to play in coordinating operations in the battlefields.

The Vice President voiced his appreciation to Saudi-led Coalition forces intervention and contribution toward thwarting Iran-backed coup d'état and rebuilding Yemeni armed forces institution.
