Presidential Leadership Council Commends Government's Decisions, Considers them Starting Point to Build State Institutions Competent to Deliver on its Obligations

An official source in the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) welcomed the package of practical economic, financial and administrative decisions and measures taken by the Council of Ministers in its meeting today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital, Aden, chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani, describing them as a step forward on the path of comprehensive reforms aimed at improving living conditions, enhancing the efficiency of state institutions, consolidating the principles of transparency and governance, and building an economic and administrative model capable of satisfying the aspirations of the people.

General prosecution oversees law-enforcement authorities' action

General attorney Dr Ali Ahmed Al-Awash ordered Criminal Prosecution in Aden to follow and oversee law-enforcement authorities authorized to investigate into the assault against the Criminal Investigation Headquarters in Aden province, the violent attack took place on November 5,2017.

Dr Al-Awash told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that these directives aimed to contribute toward unveiling perpetrators who carried out the offense and running after them, arresting and bringing them to court under article (91) of Law no (13) of 1994 about Penalties Procedures.
