Yemen's Cabinet has approved new regulations governing official overseas travel and participation in international events, a move aimed at tightening oversight of foreign engagements, curbing unnecessary spending and improving coordination across government institutions.

RIYADH (SABA) :The Chinese ambassador to our country Tian Qi said :"China would keep on her fair and subjective position about Yemen, and China was calling for maintaining Yemen's unity, independence and sovereignty".

The Chinese diplomat added:" China strongly support political transition and economic reconstruction process in Yemen. We're willing to increase mutual cooperation with Yemen to serve common interests of Yemen and China".

In a press release Mr Qi stated that China supports efforts aiming to re-establish security and stability in the country.

He pointed out to the 19th National Conference of the Chinese communist Party saying:" It would discuss experiments and achievements of developments as well as challenges China has face over the past five years".

Referring to Chinese economy Mr Qi stated that it has managed to maintain fast growth rate as the GDP increased from ¥54 trillion up to ¥80 trillion, a figure ranking China the second in the world, contributing 30% to the global development.
