UAE projects in Hadhramout discussed

Governor of Hadhramout and Commander of the Second Military Zone Faraj al-Bahsani discussed on Tuesday with Deputy Team of the Red Crescent Authority of the United Arab Emirates Ahmad al-Niyadi a number of projects implemented by the authority here.

They also discussed other projects the province needs in different fields.

Al-Bahsani thanked the UAE and its Red Crescent for supporting Hadhramout province, calling for continuation of this support for implementing vital projects in other sectors.

The meeting dealt with difficulties hindering distribution of housing units of Sheikh Khalifa Compound Project like problems of the beneficiaries and water and power network in addition to asphalting the road.

The governor stressed on solving these problems.

The meeting also discussed rehabilitating Balfaqeeh Cultural Center and finalizing and furnishing the Maternity and Childhood Hospital at the compound of 40 Flats, as well as supplying the province hospitals with solutions and medicines and rehabilitating Hajar hospital.

The Deputy Head of the UAE Red Crescent Authority confirmed readiness of the authority for providing support in different domains and implementing different humanitarian projects across Hadhramout.
