Yemeni official, DRC discuss interventions in Lahj

Governor of Lahj Nasser al-Khobaji on Sunday discussed here with the director of the food security and living programme in the Danish Refugee Council Abdu al-Yousifi the interventions of the organization in a number of districts and appropriate means for the success of their projects in Lahj.

The governor said that DRC's projects will develop the living standards of Yemenis, stressing the importance of coordination and cooperation with the local authorities.

Al-Khobaji expressed willingness of Lahj's local authorities to facilitate all difficulties and help DRC achieve all its projects.

Al-Yousifi presented an overview over the projects which will be implemented in a number of Lahj's districts, affirming that the organization will commence its activities in 2018.
