Yemen's Information Minister launches training course

Minister of Information Muamar al-Iryani launched on Thursday a training course for media people and journalists on "Conceptions of Media War."

Senior Reporter of Al Arabia and Al Hadath TVs Mohammad al-Arab is the trainer of the course.

Al-Iryani, in the opening ceremony, delivered a speech in which he conveyed best wishes of the Political Leadership to participants, expressed thanked and appreciation to Saudi Arabia and Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information for sponsoring the course.

He confirmed significance of the course in promoting capabilities of media people representing different pro-legitimacy media outlets as it contributes in presenting active information based on reality and information standards.

He talked about the role of media in the legitimacy's battlefield for restoring the rest provinces from Houthi-Saleh's militias stressing on promoting qualifications of pro-legitimacy journalists.

He thanked Journalist Mohammad al-Arab for his efforts.

For his part, al-Arab confirmed that Yemeni journalist has huge capabilities need to be polished and promoted. He noted that the course includes basis principles on media war and means of promoting media capabilities for supporting the legal government to convey its message as demanded.

He valued the role of the Yemeni Ministry of Information and other governmental and private institutions for their role in the battlefield for restoring the state.
