Governor inspects flood canals in Abyan

Governor of Abyan Abu Bakr Hussein Salem has directed Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation's office here to make best use of rainwaters and floods for irrigation in Delta Abyan.
He stressed on cleaning irrigation canals, confirming that the local authority will work on easing all difficulties facing the office.
He inspected floods canals and water flow to dams of Hassan and Batais.
Director of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation's office Husein al-Haithami confirmed that floods are the biggest this year since they started influx to the dams.
