Minister of Local Administration and the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee Abdulraqeeb Fath has said relief aid from the Gulf Cooperation Council have been allocated to Hodeida and Dhamar provinces.
The aid will be distributed soon in the future, said Fath in a meeting with governors of Hodeida and Dhamar on Tuesday.
He held Houthi-Saleh's militias responsible of the deterioration of humanitarian situation in their-held provinces.
He was briefed by the governors on the conditions in their provinces and suffering of people over Houthi-Saleh siege.
"Provinces under rebels get great support from the government in accordance with the political leadership's directives," he said.
He noted that the committee is coordinating with donors and other UN organizations to bring humanitarian aid to Dhamar and Hodeida and other liberated provinces despite obstacles and looting by militias.
Relief programs in liberated provinces are going on well and under sponsorship of the government, he said.
