RIYADH-SABA
The Chairman of the Supreme Commission for Relief, Abdurraqeeb Fatah, has discussed with the Coordination Office of the Arabian Gulf Aid the humanitarian and relief response situation in Yemen.
The meeting addressed the aid deliveries on plan, the Saleh-Houthi militias' violations against Yemeni people and the humanitarian disaster that resulted from the militias' rebellion.
Fatah denounced the international community's silence on the militias' persistent interception of aid convoys and obstruction of humanitarian efforts.
He called on the Humanitarian Coordinator and all UN organizations to firmly condemn the party responsible for obstructing quick humanitarian access to the destitute across Yemen.
The GCC states' continuing aid to Yemen has alleviated the humanitarian situation significantly.
