Endowment Ministry denounces fabrication of false statements

An official source of the Endowment Ministry's office in Hadramout has ruled out reports about the departure of 240 mosque imams and preachers to outside Yemen with the aim of receiving training courses on confronting specific religious ideologies.
In a press statement, the office reiterated that the "false statements" were published by fake accounts in social social media.
It cited that such statements aim to destroy the social fabric in Hadhramout and raise sedition and sectarian incitement.
The statement further affirmed that the endowment office in Hadramout equally deals with all social movements and factions and that it promotes for the principal of coexistence and the preservation of the community’s social fabric.
